Due to hygiene reasons, opened lash products cannot be returned unless faulty
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
Contacts us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photographic evidence where possible
